Quick Assets Terms and Conditions
This document governs the use of Quick Assets as Academia LinaTech’s complementary material-sharing system for students.
Scope of the system
Quick Assets is a complementary digital system created by Academia LinaTech to distribute standalone materials to students. Its existence does not imply enrollment in an additional course, program, or certification.
Nature of access
Access to Quick Assets may depend on student status, manual activation of materials, language availability of the resource, availability date, expiration date, and academic or operational decisions made by the academy.
Academia LinaTech may activate, deactivate, update, or withdraw materials whenever necessary.
Intellectual property
All materials shared through Quick Assets are intended only for the personal academic use of the authorized student.
Mass copying, resale, redistribution, publication outside the authorized environment, or delivery to third parties without express authorization from Academia LinaTech are prohibited.
Accuracy and updates
Materials may be updated, replaced, or withdrawn without any obligation to keep previous versions publicly available to students.
Technical availability
Academia LinaTech will make reasonable efforts to keep Quick Assets operational, but does not guarantee absolute and uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internal changes, or operational adjustments may occur.
User responsibility
Students are responsible for protecting their access credentials, not sharing restricted materials, checking the dates that apply to each asset, and using the system according to academy instructions.
Functional limitation
Quick Assets must be understood as a support and targeted material-delivery system. It does not replace the main academic structure, the course campus, or the full training processes of Academia LinaTech.
